YOUNG EAGLES WILL FLY AGAIN AT TAMIAMI AIRPORT "WINGS OVER MIAMI MUSEUM"
Young Eagles, the Leader in Recreational Aircraft, will
again be giving free Airplane rides to kids aspiring to become future Pilots
or just interested in airplanes. The local Tamiami Chapter #620 will be
giving rides to all kids ages 8 to17 showing up with their parents at the
TAMIAMI AIRPORT "WINGS OVER MIAMI MUSEUM", on Saturday mornings starting at
9:00 am to 1:00 P.M. (weather permitting). Dates to be announced on this Web Site.
The rides are free and are given by local volunteer EAA pilots to promote
and help cultivate an interest in AVIATION to future pilots. The Young
Eagles program is a national event sponsored by the EAA and promoted by
people such as:
Actor / Pilot Harrison Ford, 2004 Chairman and
Test Pilot, Chuck Yaeger, 2003 Chairman.
Come on out and get your kids involved in something that can last a
lifetime.
